Accepted Payment Methods
Our store accepts PayPal, Visa, and Mastercard. We will not accept a personal check or money order. Shipping and Return Policy
Innovative Mechanisms only ships within the contiguous United States. This refers to the 48 U.S. states located on the North American continent south of the U.S. border with Canada, plus the District of Columbia. The term excludes the states of Alaska and Hawaii, and all off-shore U.S. territories and possessions, such as Puerto Rico.
We will accept any product EXCEPT ELECTRICAL PARTS in its Unused condition for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. ELECTRICAL parts are not returnable for any reason. Before returning any product, you will need to call or email us for an RMA number. We charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned orders. The shipping cost will not be refunded. Please note that if an item is received after the 30 days or you have not called to get return approval the item will be returned to you with the shipping charged to the credit card on file. Orders for parts that are not listed on the site are special order parts. These parts will be returned to you with the shipping charged to the card on file if you do not send the invoice with the return. Please allow 30 days for the credit to show on your credit card before calling. SHIPPING.... If you do not give us your exact shipping address the shipping company will charge us to change the address. This charge will be charged to your credit card. For example, If your address is 1234 co. rd. 123 and you just give us 1234 123 rd we will be charged to change it to co. rd. If we send you the wrong part, we will quickly correct the mistake and ship out the correct part with the shipping method of our choice. Innovative Mechanisms Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled Innovative Mechanisms Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card. Price and availability and shipping method of any product is subject to change without prior notice. Innovative Mechanisms Inc. is not liable for and loss of health, bodily damage or death from any product sold on this site.
